I did a search both here and on Google and did not see anything regarding this. Is this possible to do, like with OiF? I love the PC version even more now that I have Japanese voiceovers, but VI would be awesome with this too.

Seems kind of moot now that I have Ark of Napishtim for Steam too.

I'm also quite interested on this, but is the person who did the hack for Ys: The Oath in Felghana still around?
Back in the day he said something about the English fantranslation of the PC version not matching the official English translation done by Konami for the PS2 and PSP versions (the latter was voiceless by the way), something which still applies to the new official English translation done by XSEED for the PC Steam version and which would make the PS2 voiceover (in English) and PC text translation disagree/mismatch all time. But still, it would be neat to use the Japanese voiceover of the PS2 version at least.
PS: There was also a request for the PS2 voiceover of Ys I & Ys II, which wouldn't have these issues as those exist only in Japanese.

That would be awesome, actually. I didn't even know there were PS2 versions of Ys I and II.
