1) I'm currently playing Ys 6(PSP and PS2) and I was wondering if I should continue with Ys Origin or Ys Seven? Probably I'ill continue with Ys Seven because I already have it and it's only 745 MB, Origin is over 2 GB, which means better graphics etc.
2) I already have Ys I & II Chronicles(PSP), Ys: The Oath in Felghana(PSP), Ys The Ark of Napishtim(PSP & PS2) and Ys Seven(PSP) and I'm missing Ys Origin, so I want to ask, is there a free way to get it?
EDIT: Removed rule breaking content.

Ys Origin is only $9.99 on Steam It's not always about money, it's just the way you spend them, online shopping is not the most safe way to use your money and since the Steam version is the only English version of Ys Origin t*****s are my only hope! Unless if I wait for a new release, probably on PS Vita. BTW I didn't buy any of the other Ys games. I was looking for a good RPG game and I wanted to try some games before I spend my money in something completely new to me, I started with Ys III and the voice acting did make me wanna play Ys series, then I continued with Ys I & II and I started liking this series even more, now I feel guilty for not buying them, but it would be stupid to buy a game and throw it into a box, no?

I debated on posting here or not. I'm really not trying to pick a fight or anything. It's not always about money, it's just the way you spend them, online shopping is not the most safe way to use your money and since the Steam version is the only English version of Ys Origin t*****s are my only hope! Unless if I wait for a new release, probably on PS Vita. I would have possibly bought this one 10 - 15 years ago. Today? It's total BS. Buying games on steam incur no more risk than using your debit/credit card at any brick and mortar store. When I First got a bank account, 13 years ago, I got a debit card and never looked back. I don't use checks and I rarely carry cash. In these 13 years only three times was my card compromised. Once at a restaurant, once at Target, and only once online, the sony fiasco from a few years ago. And honestly no one ever got the card information my bank just sent me another card because I was on their list from sony. Bottom line whenever you use a card there is some risk involved. Hell you can draw smiley faces on those digital signature things and it will still accept it. You can greatly reduce that risk by using services that have proven themselves to be reliable such as steam, using a good bank, and keeping track of your expenditures. Also if you are really paranoid about it most banks will let you set up a sort of pre paid credit card. BTW I didn't buy any of the other Ys games. I was looking for a good RPG game and I wanted to try some games before I spend my money in something completely new to me, That's fine I honestly don't think this is a bad form of piracy. It's a good way to tell if your going to like a game before plunking down the cash for it, and possibly regretting it later. I personally feel that if you determine that you like the game you should pay for it. This has lead me to buy many games I otherwise wouldn't have risked the cash on. Lets just say I got burned by Unlimited Saga for ps2 and learned my lesson. I started with Ys III and the voice acting did make me wanna play Ys series, then I continued with Ys I & II and I started liking this series even more, now I feel guilty for not buying them, but it would be stupid to buy a game and throw it into a box, no? It would be stupid to steal from two small companies after you've determined that you like their products, no? You have already determined that you like the series and you are actively seeking a way to steal more from it? Nice!

I started liking this series even more, now I feel guilty for not buying them, but it would be stupid to buy a game and throw it into a box, no? If you already like it, you may find satisfaction in adding it to your collection. For practical purposes, yes, it would be stupid. Supporting a company is like saying you like it, and are telling them yourself that you'd like more - that is far from stupid.

Now I feel more guilty, they are really good games, it's exactly what I was looking for. After getting a PS Vita(PCH-2000), I'll focus on buying Ys III, Ys I & II and probably Ys Seven(after playing it), surely not Ys 6, it has many bugs. I just hope I can find them in game stores here in Europe and not be forced to buy them from PSN.

I think Seven if you have already started it. Ys Origin is on Steam and you could do that next. It's well worth a visit to Steam so that you can try Ys I-II on PC.
