Can someone please help me how to launch this game on Anex86 or T98-Next? I really want to play this game! Q_Q And definetly THIS version, because this is ORIGINAL, Vanilla version! I have also the PSP version, but i want to play them both at the same time. So when i launch this game on my Anex86 or T98-Next, appears this screen, which tells me to push any key. I push any key, but then appears a screen, where i should input something! Please, tell me what i should do? Q__Q

I have run this game successfully in neko project. It's been a long time though so I don't recall exactly how but I'm pretty sure it was just straight off the disk. Nothing special.
My first suggestion is to Try Neko Project. My second suggestion is to download the actual disks or another version of the game. It looks like you have some sort of group release "BTAxis." My version definitely did not have that.
Anyway the error you are getting is something to the effect of: "Designated directory doesn't match. Command or File name doesn't match."

Thanks! ^__^ Problem was in the rom. I downloaded new rom, and it goes fine! ^__^ I launched it through Anex, because it gives much bigger screen. Now i need a PC Windows version from 1998 for collection, do you know where i can get it? I just looove to play the same game through all it's versions ^__^

kt1, as it happens I believe I have the same version you do. It's a hdd image made from the disks and exported as a .hdi file. This can be run inside of NekoProject II (possibly Anex86 as well) by selecting the .hdi image under Hardisk and assigning it to one of your IDE slots such as IDE#0. Doing this will load the image and present an error just as you've seen above. You are getting this error because the autoexec file that was included inside the hdi image incorrectly maps the path to the E3.exe file. So! Do this, type 'dir' for a directory listing to see what is in your current directory. You will likely see the directory called ED3-98, so call that directory by typing at the prompt: A> cd ED3-98 and hit enter. This will call the directory ED3-98. It won't make any noticeable changes, it'll just sit there showing A> like it was before, but it has indeed switched directories. This is just how it looks when using DOS 3.3 which is runs older Falcom games. Next type 'dir' again to see that the file list has changed. You will now see ED3.EXE, and you can call this now by just typing 'ED3" to launch the game. Obviously this isn't the best way to do this each time you wish to play the game, so if you want I can look into creating a new autoexec.bat file that auto-launches the game each time for you if you like. Enjoy! -Thomas

I didn't see in your comment that you got the game working. The length of the comment was designed to help you understand how Dos works on the PC-98.
