What game soundtracks or game arranges would you love to see happen?
Here's a few of mine:
A complete collection of original Milon game music: This would also include bonus discs with a Milon's Secret Castle Orchestra Version covering the entire game.
Ys VI Orchestra Version
Little Nemo Capcom Orchestra Version
Legend of Xanadu I & II in the style of Ys I & II Renewal. Again, the complete soundtracks would have to be done.

I'd like to see releases of the Silent Hill 2 and 3 soundtracks that were more in line with the one from the first game. I thoroughly enjoyed the OST for Silent Hill 1 because it had all of the ambient music and the tracks largely blended into each other. I bought the OST for the second game and was largely disappointed, as quite a few of the music I heard in-game just wasn't there, and there was more of a focus on the music-music, as opposed to the clanging, radio-noise-esque music. I completely skipped the soundtracks for the third and fourth ones, since I had a feeling the third one would take the same direction as the second, and because I didn't have high opinions of the fourth game.
Of course, the music direction by-and-large was different in the games that came after SH1, but one can still dream. Listening to some parts of SH1's OST whilst driving at night still freaks me out.

All of the unreleased stuff from SH2 and 3 (ie. all the ambient stuff) have been posted on the internet, though... Looks like I need to start doing some searching this weekend.

I knew there was something odd about ZOE2's OST when all I could find to like from it was Beyond the Bounds, Ardjet, and Zakat. Missing tracks... heh anyways, what I want is instrumental Arranges to all of Lufia's music (mostly Lufia FoD, II, and above all else TLR) Some electric guitar could go nicely in there.

ALOIVIA? nah... I kinda find it a little too annoying and random. It's one of the better tracks, though. I actually liked it more when I heard it in the game (Viola A.I. is nuts, kinda like the music, and is one of the few chars I liked in the game), but on headphones it was a little... daunting. I like how it's something like a "middle easternish orchastral techno" track, if only it had been done a little differently...
I kind of even like Leo! Leo! better than it. Sounds like a mix of something from Tekken 2 and Parasite Eve. But again, kind of random for my tastes.

I can't think of any soundtrack I'd want to be released. There are tons of them that should never have been released though, they release too much junk.

I'm sure this is something you'd never agree, Seldane they need to finally officially release the GB/GBC/GBA Zeldas soundtracks. At least for Link's Awakening and Minish Cap. It's some of the best in the series!

A Minish Cap soundtrack would be nice. As long the sound quality was better (I mean, at least they could make it listenable).

It's a remix of a boss theme from Gradius. Realy? Not surprising... heh. It did also kind of give me a sense of something from Gradius with it's arcadey sound... but I only thought that because I knew Vic Viper was from Gradius. Gradius's music was in no way memorable to me. I haven't even played any Gradius in a long time... I'm still looking to pick up Gradius 5, though, whenever I find it. BTW, where is Ryo Yonemitsu? Has he done anything since Ys IV?

Oh, and a Ryo Yonemitsu-style arrange album of Ys V music. That would ruin Ys V forever.

Oh Seldane. What opinion won't you manipulate to annoy the masses next?
Also, I'd like to get a decent arrange album of The Guardian Legend. And Final Fantasy Legend II. (Can't recall the proper place that had in Romancing Saga).

Ryo Yonemistu versions of the ost's for LOX 1 & 2! And like Deuce said, Ys 5. I actually already have a couple of the songs from Ys 5, recomposed in my head, Ryo style, but, my stuff doesn't even touch how good Ryo is, not that he's a god, but, I do look up to him as a musician.

You may be correct, Deuce. Never followed that series properly.

Yes, that is correct. And the Romancing Sagas have some of the best battle music ever by Kenji Ito.

I'd like to see an OST of the Ecco the Dolphin music - that had some great ambient tunes and some wonderful relaxing moments, as well as more dark, atmospheric tunes from later in the game. I really enjoyed the music from that.

Yeah, it had an interesting soundtrack. But you can listen to the Mega-CD disc directly.

This kinda goes for all game music in general, but I'd like to see some releases where each song is divided into separate tracks that allow you to listen to a single song for as long as you wish. Most, if not all, of the songs from Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, etc. are incredibly good, but don't have long running times. If you could separate the music into the beginning, the repeatable part, and the ending, I think that'd go a long way for my enjoyment.

True, I still love listening to Vures's Tension on Darm Tower. and it's rare for me to like fan arranges/remixes too. I haven't heard one for Chase of Shadow, though. But then again, I doubt any fan remix could top the Ys I & II Complete version's for me.
