Yay, Falcom replied! They accepted my order and will ship the Demo CD and booklet along with the game and goodies (as requested). Now the only thing left is wait 'till it arrives, or, as they said it: Be waiting, please.

I think ill hope and wait for a PS2 port (or some kinda port for some console) i never realy play many new games on my PC... it just feels odd. I'll wait till lafter E3 to see if theres any new news on ports or something. If not, then i may preorder, or (if its to late) just buy it. If its too expensive, i'll have to wait till late summer (my summer ends in the beggining of October.. ) Do you have to preorder in order to get the bonus stuff? I just beat Ys III on SNES a month or so ago, and i'd love to replay it in a new form (looks like thats what OiF is mostly gonna be, to hush up the sidescrolling hates )

Well, for me, I basically won't be playing on my PC, since I have a TV out on my video card, I play all PC games & roms on my TV, with my adapter that allows me to use my PS1/PS2 controllers!

Same goes for me. I played YsI-II COMPLETE on my TV with a Gamecube controller! I'll use my PS2 controller when playing this game however.

That reminds me that I need to finish the MOTS english rom before the PS2 version comes out. I'm right at Garuda, he's kinda tough so I need to level up a little more.

Ebay, here's the auction cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=41059&item=8183965585I use my PS1 controller, so if maybe you have a PS1, that works as well. Actually, I just now typed USB in his auctions, I don't see anything saying for Gamecube but there's over 9+ pages of stuff Click!Edit: The Second URL was way too long (scretched the screen). Changed it into a clickable text link button.

Is it seriously going to be 85 USD to preorder Oath in Felghana? That seems a little... pricy to say the least.

i agree, games, items, food, and all those products from Japan usually tend to be more expensive anyway.
i was really planning to preorder the game since it has the soundtracks and the game included which is one HECK of a nice deal to me, but I'm kinda broke and cautious at the same time and have no cluse as to how to really preorder it anyway.

I don't see how you can possibly say that. PC games in Japan tend to run anywhere from around $80-100 USD by themselves... never mind the eight soundtrack CDs which are coming in this package, each of which would probably run you no less than $40-50 at a minimum to find on eBay or something similar, since all of them are out of print. It's an incredible deal, by any meaningful standard. I'd enjoy it if you'd treat a beginner with a little more respect. I was not informed that it was to come with CDs nor was I informed that shipping anything (outside of an engine) could be so much more pricey. Thanks for helping me feel dumb however, I truly appreciate it. =D

Don't worry, I'm sure Deuce thought that you knew all the info on it, I personally tend to assume that everyone here knows by now. Though something I didn't know is that Jp PC games all run that high

I think I just want to agree with the cynical bastard part. Adol does the checking of the sites, and the most I ever see of them is the artwork and the music. Especially since I'm one that has never actually ordered anything from japan other than a part for a car, I think seeing that banner on the forum was just a little more than surprising for me, also considering I'm a new member and don't mess with the money situation in my household when it comes to purchasing new video games. I just deal with groceries and laundry, y'know normal girl stuff. I do agree with the respect issue, however you need to have a little to start with if you ever want to earn it later on.
And thank you Paranoia, I'm actually new to the forum myself so I'm still not clued in on alot of things, especially not prices on japanese games (hence the fact I'm from Kentucky and I can't effing read japanese.) I enjoy your honesty. =D
