that is good to know. I am not much of a music person or a ddr person so it seemed the same to me. do you think any of the music is usable for ddr?

Hey, there's always that homebrew version of DDR called Stepmania. I know someone at least created steps for To Make the End of Battle for it.

Not to mention that Ys3 came out long before DDR, as the music is a rearrage of the original Ys3 music.

Well, it's possible, but only if it's cheap for Konami. I am under the impression that liscensing music isn't cheap, considering how many 'Konami originals' get shuffled into every succeeding version of the game.
Beside which, Konami hasn't shyed away from using music from their other games in their music game series. Burning Heat is from Gradius II, Salamander Beat Crush Mix is remixed from a Salamander/Life Force track, Metal Gear Solid from the same game, and they got that Twinbee remix, too. I'm just surprised they haven't used something from the Castlevania series yet (I read they added one to Keyboardmania, but I never could confirm it).
