Hey, check it out! ScriptArts is making Ys: The Oath in Felghana for cellphones in Japan. Just like they did with YsVI and Xanadu Next, etc. It looks awesome! I downloaded the game just for fun. Hehe. You can do that too, check out the homepage!

Well, you could play the PC version. It a wee bit better. Seriously though, I don't think there are any "cellphone-emulators" or anything similiar available - so I guess the answer would be no.

I like trying out the many different versions of Ys, even if I have played Ys 1&2 Complete and Ys Book 1&2 Turbo Duo, I was more then wanting to try out the Sega Master system and other version on the market.

Oh yeah! You gotta play every Ys game! I also have to own every single Ys game ever released. This is the the meaning of life.

i am sure i could post one, the only ones i never really owned were the X68000 and the Ps2 ones except Ys 1 and 2 eternal, but then i lost my Ps2 (damaged) and did not want to buy another, so i never got a chance to play the rest, i really wanted to play the Ys 3 remake to, but i just do not want to buy another system for one game (even though i truly want to play it) chris

Since I don't own a cellphone, and don't plan on getting one, I probably will never play it. However, if Ys VII was strictly a cellphone game, I would buy one, play it, then return the phone.

A "cellphone" wouldn't help. You would need a particular phone only available in Japan, along with a contract with Vodafone (of Japan) or some similiar company. How to do this outside of Japan? Not possible.

Ok I wouldn't be able to play it then.

wow that's.... admittedly odd.. >_>; though for a cellphone game..it does look pretty nice. I wouldn't mind having that to pass the time now and again. EDIT: heeey! a phone over here that will work with the game! www.easycell.ca/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=SHRP006
