Ok, so I need to get my hands on these two games because I liked Oath in Felghana A LOT. Thing is thou, being in Sweden and normally around in Europe you usually NEVER see these types of games to PC on any site. There is an PS2 version but I don't want that one as I don't have an PS2. Neither do I have a PSP. So which sites are good to use to buy the game from? So that I can apply the fan patch that is being made or is done by now. I have seen www.play-asia.com/ but I'm bound to get an 20% VAT tax on it or maybe more. This increase the price with 20% to. Rather annoying if you ask me. Not to mention there probably will be quite extra money on delivery to. So I'll put that side on hold unless you people have used and say it's good. Imo Falcon should release these titles on Steam >.> Should probably boost the sales quite a bit if you ask me and they don't need to fiddle with delivering companies then. Oh and I can't read Japanese or Chinese so please give me an site with English language. Also please let there be an Paypal payment option.

Ouch that's gonna cost.
First $148 for the two games. Then add $23 for shipping and I'll probably get another 20% more on it.
I'll wait a bit with that site. Play-Asia thou seems to have cheaper versions but they don't have them in store yet and they don't seems to havet he Japanese Version but rather the chinese version.

Erm, you have to pay premium if you want to get stuff. There's no cheap and easy way out.
Remember there are people who don't know Japanese here who could get the games straight from Falcom. Not knowing Japanese didn't stop them.

Himeya is just one big fat ripoff. Really, don't buy from them.
I'd say wait a little bit for a Falcom special offer to crop up with both games in. The Ys games show up in them very frequently so you probably wouldn't have to wait too long. You can order from Falcom in English, and though they do unfortunately use EMS for shipping they don't put the real value on so you won't get charged customs. I've ordered a bunch of times from them and never been charged once.

I'll most likely do that Varion, seeing as all those games will cost me a months rent it might be a bit to much. Specially when these are 1-2 years old and sells for higher price than an new retail Console game here.
I'll check up on their homepage tomorrow and see if I can get something out of it. I filled in my share of forms over the net.
Thanks for the information so far thou.

Ordering from Falcom would be the best choice. They use EMS shipping though, which is shit in Sweden. Slow deliveries, and you almost ALWAYS have to pay customs charges!
But Falcom doesn't type ANY value on their packages, so either you get it without customs charges, or EMS keeps your package hostage, and will phone you for a receipt of the package. FAKE that receipt! Declare a REALLY low value! There's no way for them to know if it's real or not!

Thanks wyrdwad for all that information. I'll probably buy it directly from Falcom then. Seeing as their prices are lower and you people trust them. 4,788 YEN is only 399 SEK which is $50 US dollar the other game, Origin cost 7980 which is 666 SEK which I find rather funny and that is $83 US dollar. Well that's if the price is www.falcom.co.jp/mailorder/catalog/890.html"通販特価 :4,788円" <---- I hope that is the price. And that it's in Yen. Now thou, I need to locate the two right games. This will be thou Ys Origin and The Ark of Nephistim so that they will be compatible with the translation patch. My bet it's these two. www.falcom.co.jp/mailorder/catalog/890.htmlwww.falcom.co.jp/mailorder/catalog/897.htmlId number where easy to figure out, seeing as it's most likely 890 and 897. Now you that is named "User", would you please clarify for me why I should like fake it? :/ One thing that I know when I buy stuff from other contries is that I AM gonna pay the shipping fees. They ain't just gonna ship things for the normal price half way across the world. Well normally they wouldn't. Or I don't know if anyone does it for free unless you buy a lot. All thou I checked the list of valid cards types they accept. There could be a slight problem on that one. As I only have an Maestro(It works in any store what I have noticed but not over the internet unless they buffed up my latest one, guess I'll contact my bank about it.). To buy over the net I usually just use Paypal or have them send an payment order that I then pay by using my Bank homepage(Swedbank) Oh and to get a Visa I need to have a job which is actually hard to get but I'm getting there. It would work if I get their like Bank ID number or BankGiro as it is in Sweden. Last note, through the normal store I think it will cost me total 915 SEK as they seemed to lower the price a bit if you buy several things. Good thing imo.

Yes that's the price and since you're ordering from overseas, that isn't the final price since they'll have to remove the tax for overseas customers.
If I'm not wrong the tax is 5-6%, so the actual price should be 4550 yen or something instead of 4788 yen.

THIS IS IRRELEVANT TO EVERYBODY ELSE (SO WHY DON'T I JUST SEND A PM?)

Btw the thing in Swedish above is just information about bank cards.
Varion: I think the VAT tax to sweden is like 20% when you buy from other contries. Well that's what I get when I buy directly from Steam. UK have like 17% or something. But lets hope it's 5% as then it really doesn't make any difference for me.

Well what he meant is Falcom's prices include the 5% 'VAT' tax from Japan, so the price you pay will be 5% less than the marked price. So long as you get the item without the marked price as I usually do from Falcom though that should be all you pay (well, with shipping on top). I never had to pay the 17.5% VAT (it's 15% now though, yay) on any of my orders because they didn't know how much they were worth to charge me D:

By the way, Falcom tends to throw in a lot of little goodies here and there if you order directly from them too. OoooooooooooooooOOOooOoOoOooOoOooo

Well been a bit lazy but now I got the E-card at least. Maybe it's good but I'm gonna go to the bank tomorrow and try to get a Visa directly. Last time I got a message about it I needed to write in my Boss name and Company name. The reason I had to do it was because quite a lot of people have failed to pay bills with them so they wanted it a bit more needy with information so they can track you down quicker. Think I'll check the site a bit more now. Soon Xmas so they are bound to have some things for sale.

Falcom should get some student translators to help make an English version of their site under a minimum wage pay. How hard is that going to be for 'em? Just visit some nearby university for some part-time workers. Easy.
The majority of the world speaks English as their second language because it's the best thing evar.
