Thanks alot, Skye! I've heard of such things on the xbox, I guess I just never bothered to think about doing it myself since I don't do a whole lot with the console!

yeah i know but the problem is paypal is vague and as long as the person can provide a tracking number number they can not be held liable. once a tracking number is posted in a dispute they can and usually will end the dispute in there favor. we have a tracking number but it has been at the post office were it was first shipped for about 3 weeks , it is like it never left there shipping room and they cannot seem to find it so i am worried i am going to lose out. they seem lost and do not know what happened to it which does not help me out, so there goes my early christmas gift.

Is that with USPS by chance? I've had problems where the TN wont update until the day it arrives in my local distribution office. Also, and I'm trying to air on the positive side here, I'm sure that the Christmas rush has something to do with the lack of updating. I ordered stuff from Playasia months ago, and I'm still waiting. I know its not lost though, because they sent me a letter warning about really long wait times.
I wonder though, because there is a tracking #, couldn't you hold that Post Office responsible?

we were also hoping it was the christmas rush but the problem is he sent 2 packages one with the games and one with the system, they were shipped the same time, i got the games 2 days later, and it is over 3 weeks and the system is still in there post office, as long as there is no insurance there is nothing i can do to the post office, he did not add it. chris

I hate when they do that...
To make you feel a bit better, one of the games I ordered from Honk Kong made it here very quick. It was shipped on its own though, which meant the small package was probably stuffed on a plane easier. My other package, which is a giant ass box, still hasn't arrived. I'm guessing there is a direct correlation between the package size here. Big 360 boxes are slower to move around than a small envelope of games. I'm really hoping this turns out good for you in the end.

To also make you feel a bit better, I once ordered Falcom Classics Collection for Sega Saturn. I paid 200 dollars. It didn't arrive. xD
It happens...
