Does anybody got any info about this game? I've heard of it many times and it's supposed to be a space shooter for PC-8801 and X68000. I haven't seen a single screenshot of it, but many songs are avaliable on Falcom soundtrack CDs. There's a tiny screenshot on the back of this soundtrack CD. Take a look: EDIT: Hot news! I found a package picture and more! Take a look!

I've got the PC-88 version of Star Trader, and I took some pictures a few weeks ago of them. Here's a picture of the bigass map it came with. I can take better pictures sometime if anybody's interested. By the way, I've been having problems playing this game. You have to get through a lot of menus and dialog to get to the actual shmup part. I've tried trial and error of just trying ever option, but I can't get to the actual game. Could anybody help me out here?

I wish I could take emulator screenshots, but I don't have disk images for the game. Just the real disks. I tried using DITT to load them into my PC, but the disk images wouldn't load. These screenshots might be too blurry, but any advice/help you could give me would be appreciated. Here's where I get stuck. I just selected a destination from a map, and I get this screen. The first two options bring up another pop up window with only one option to choose. When I choose the third option, this window pops up. Then I hit a button on the joypad, and this window comes up... Then screen goes blank and the PC-88 starts reading from the A drive. It just keeps reading and freezes there. I figure either I was supposed to swap disks at this point, or the disk is bad.
