I just want to know how to order directly from Falcom.
Does the currency get converted?
How do you pay?
etc. etc. etc.

You can only order using a credit card. They will charge you in yen, but of course it'll get converted.
You send them an e-mail telling them what to order, with your credit card number, etc as well as your address.
They'll send you an e-mail asking you if everything's okay. You reply. They charge your card and then they'll send you the stuff.

I've ordered from them several times and I have not had any issues involving my credit card afterward. Granted, I'd feel considerably better if they let me use PGP to encrypt the messages.

Hi
I tried to make an order several times by email and english, and they answered me.
So last week I ordered by fax (with japanese writing),
and this time they answered me.
so in that case, for me, only fax was effective.

Most credit card companies these days have fraud alert programs as well, I have never had a problem ordering from Falcom yet.
