The Falcom Special Offer will be posted in this thread, make sure you check it often in order to get some good deals! Falcom Special Offer PageTo order from Falcom, you first need to send an e-mail similiar to this to the following address: s u p p o r t _ h 1 9 @ f a l c o m . c o . j p(Without the spaces of course!) The ITEMNUMBER is different from the catalog number. For the FMS series, it is in the format MXXX, i.e. M029. Check Falcom's CD page for the number of the album you want to order. If you are looking for a discount, Falcom often has good sales on their Specials Page. You might want to check the site regularly, since the specials can change every week, and often are limited to a limited number of orders. Then, you wait for a response (24-48 hours) from Falcom asking if the order is OK. The response email will be awkwardly written, because the Falcom representative does not understand English very well. The response from Falcom will look similar to this: In response to this email, you send them another e-mail to confirm the order, similar to this: Shortly, you should get an e-mail similar to this: When they ship the package, you should get an e-mail similar to this: Remember that the person who is reading this doesn't speak English well (obviously), so don't use complex grammar or vocabulary.

Hahaha Sora no Kiseki FC Sora no Kiseki SC Sora no Kiseki the 3rd Sora no Kiseki FC OST Sora no Kiseki SC OST Sora no Kiseki the 3rd OST Falcom 2008 Calendar Total is 25,550 or something. The special's price is 10,000. Fantastic deal if you've been looking for the Sora no Kiseki games. Very good indeed I sent a mail to Falcom, I hope this time they reply to that. However they always change their special offer about 1-2 days before their holidays so that when they return the mail to reply will be too much. I still don't understand why Falcom doesn't release patch for the old editions of the games to Vista compatibility. They sell the Vista edition so I don't think that the patch could be a problem. I also hope that if a translation patch will be made, it will support Vista and not Vista edition as well.

As long as you get your email sent before the special offer changes, they'll honor the specially-offered price, even if it takes them a whole week to respond! Well, last time they didn't reply to me. However I think I'll have to wait the 1/6 to find out. This is not a thing that prevent me from order the game. It's just a thing I asked myself concerning how falcom support their game. I don't find any reason to not release a patch to make the game Vista compatibile and if the game can run on Vista on his own I dont' see a reason to make a new version. Given that I hope a translation patch will be released, but for now I get the games for the future (or maybe I'll play them without reading the text).

I forget if you were the one who posted a topic before about Falcom not responding to your order email, but if not, I'm gonna run the standard questions by you: - Did you send your order to order_h19 at falcom dot com? The old order email address doesn't work, and support_h19 isn't guaranteed to either. - Did you keep an eye on your spam/bulk mail folder? An email from "order_h19" at a Japanese IP address might be considered "suspicious," and could easily be flagged as spam by some email programs. -Tom It was me. Already done what you suggested (however Falcom should tell clearly on their site what address foreign customers can use). However this time until 6/1 I cant complain so I have to wait. Thanks however

Well, think positive. I know I've ordered from Falcom countless times, and I've never had any trouble with them... so you probably just got unlucky last time. I doubt it'll happen again. -Tom Yeah! My first order was very fast so I want to think that last time was only unlucky.

Hmmm... also I remember that there was a certain period of time (some days) in which Falcom couldn't receive e-mails. They also mentioned this temporary issue in their website. That was some months ago. Perhaps you e-mailed them in that time? Or maybe that happened again for a very short time and you had the lack of luck to send them an e-mail in that instant? Anyway, I also think it was a lack of luck, so try again!

Falcom's offices have been closed since 12/29 and have just started business again on 1/6. However, they have a notice on the special's site that says that they won't be responding to orders until 1/8. Oh, my bad. I thought that it meant that they won't send until 1/8, instead of reply (also I thoght that was strange for them to not reply if the started again on 1/6). Well I'll wait.

For anyone waiting, I got my reply email today (put all the details in the first email though) so if you haven't got it, you should get yours soon. Hopefully. I think that's the first time I've seen an offer marked as sold out before it was actually due to end.

The problem is that Falcom usually set the deadline too close to the end of their holidays so that people order when they can't reply and then there're too few days to complete the order (mail them, got reply, reply with your information, theirs reply and your ok).
edit: still no reply. Tomorrow is the last day... Is Falcom going to ignore me for the second time?

Bad Falcom, bad Falcom! They didn't reply to me, again. Today the offer will change sono I'll have to skip another special offer. They at least could reply saying something.

That's really strange that they wouldn't respond twice though, unless they've gone to expecting you to put all your details in the initial email and will ignore all those who don't? Only thing I can think of really, I got my confirmation email earlier today and was told the order would ship on the 11th, and the only thing I think I've done differently was to include everything, card details and all, in the first email. Anyone ordered from them lately and not done so, yet still got their order?

I'm probably unlucky but even another person I know haven't got reply yet. Same as me, he wrote the mail with only the item and the country information. Last time when I didn't got reply I had helped another person on a forum to order from Falcom. I pratically wrote for him and made him follow the same path I had to order from them and he successed. Only me failed. It's very strange.
I think that should be my right to know first how much I have to spend and then give them the credit card information. Giving them in the first mail is not the correct and reliable way of doing to me and not a reason to not reply me (at least a "we don't want to sell item to you" reply).
Also when I bought Ys Complete and Felghana I did it in the same way and they replyed me very fast.
I'm sure the mail address is correct (as stated in this thread) and that my email got to them (last time I also send a mail to their previous address and got a reply that ask me to write to another address, so my mail was not filtered).
Now probably I'll try to get the Ys Special Offer coming up today. I still miss YsVI and Origin and I think this is a goot time to try to get them. I already have Ys I&II and Felghana but in the worst case I'll resell them. 10000Yen is a damn good price for 4 fantastic games. Falcom must be fired up with the announce of Ys7.

I sent Falcom an email for the Ys Serie Special Offer on friday. I don't remember but I think they don't reply on saturday so I'll have to wait untile Monday, right? I want to know if I'm unable to purchase from them trying with an offer that's not started before holidays. Is there someone that has mailed them for this offer so that I can know if someone else will get the reply?
However the other person I know that has mailed for the SnK Offer didn't get reply like me.

Still no reply! Still no reply! Still no reply! 3 day until deadline and I don't know what to do. I sent the mail to order and support address. No reply at all. I'm afraid that somehow they filtered my mail as mistaken spam or something else. My ISP didn't warn me about anything like wrong address or similar. I still have 3 days but seeing how the other time they didn't reply me and knowning that they usually reply faster and my mail was sent in the early afternoon of friday (1st day of the offer) I'm not so confident. Should I try sending from another address? Any Ideas?

Have you used the same address all this time? They probably don't like that address. Try another. Get a Gmail account, that has always worked fine with my Falcom orders. www.gmail.com - no invitation required.

Get a Gmail account, that has always worked fine with my Falcom orders. www.gmail.com - no invitation required. The address I used is the same as the other time. The first order I made was flawless and my mail worked. It's strange that now my address is filtered. If this is the case I think this is very unprofessional from Falcom. At least a reply that tell me that i'm late, my address is filtered or that there are other problems, not simply ingnoring me like this. But I have confirmation here and in other places that some people didn't get reply from them. I also mailed to support so at least someone should reply me about the matter. I have to change the address due to their errors? I think no. However i'll wait until tomorrow and then i'll try with my gmail address (I have one too).
