Sorry I meant when ordering from Falcom xD That email template has a box for region that only allows 2 characters but I have no idea what mine would be. I'm sure they'll let me know if it's an issue.

Ah, the template is a bit confusing if your local postal authority (Royal Mail, in your case.) does not provide neat, 2 digit/letter postal codes. If not, I would leav it blank to avoid confusing and go on to the postal code box.
You only have to put 'UK' in the country box.

Hopefully it will be ok, I already sent the email earlier and included my full address inlcuding county :/ I wasn't sure how they could send anything without the county.

I was always under the impression that they intended it to mean "limit 20 per customer" rather than "limit 20 customers."

EMS took less than a day to ship my order to New York, after which it took 4 days to reach Tennessee. So I guess it depends on who's delivering to your house.
