I was first introduced to Dragon Slayer II - Xanadu via Falcom Classics (which humorously enough, I actually bought because of Xanadu, not Ys, after reading up on Legend of Xanadu 2). The only problem is - I didn't know what the heck was going on the entire time (I made it to like the 4th-5th floor out of trial and error, and fought one boss, well, except for the time I used the "teleport down a level" items to get to the 10th floor and pick up what I presumed was the Dragon Slayer and the best armor), but what purpose were the dungeons? What is the best way to make sure you have enough keys? Also, how, in the Falcom Classics version of Xanadu, is Karma tied to your level? As I know that after I hit a certain point, I couldn't level up due to something related to my Karma. Also, how do you increase Karma? I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but knowing you guys (and gals), I bet y'all can dig up the answers I'm looking for pretty darn quickly. One last question: were there any other item shops other than the one that you could find on the way to the dungeon? Or were you cornered into getting items as random drops from enemies/dungeons/castles?
