I just recently got this artbook! ^_^ I love it! The dustcover is nice and heavy duty, and the book itself is huge and full of great color artwork by Iwasaki.
I already had many of the Ys shots from some Falcom artbooks, but the Eiyuu Densetsu stuff was welcome, along with the other illustrations. I was also kinda surprised to see those shots of character images she illustrated for the Gensou Suikoden card game...

Glad you're enjoying the her book as well! I've seen Minako's name pop up in a couple of credits for various Falcom games as an in-game art/graphics creator.

She does great work, that's for sure.  Hers is some of my favorite artwork out of the various artists they've used for designs in the Ys games. I've been trying to get my hands on some print media (guidebooks, material collections, anything) from the Eiyuu Densetsu series, but it seems like directly ordering from Falcom is about the only way... Blah.  I do need to peek at the credits of YsF or Ys VI sometime and see who did the art/chara design in those... because I'm very fond of the art style... |
