Well I just bought that game. but does anyone know a good emulator to play it. magic engine make it buggy (during cutscenes) so another one which play it correctly ?

The game is incompatible with all the emulators I believe. I suggest getting Popful Mail for Super Famicom or Mega-CD instead.

You could always get a Duo. It's a region free system for CDROM games so you could buy an American or Japanese Duo(is there an EU one?) and still play it. You'd need an NTSC TV though...

You'd need an NTSC TV though... American people seem to think this is the case (which isn't that strange, really) but you don't need an NTSC TV. Pretty much any PAL TV (except those that are 15+ years old) convert NTSC signals to PAL-60 which basically is the equivalent of NTSC. There's a PAL Turbo Grafx, but no CD unit.

Give YAME a try too. Before I had Magic Engine, I always used it.

Mednafen is the second best emulator. I use it on my XBOX.
