Ok, I read all the threads about ordering directly from Falcom, Ive tried navigating, but despite being conversant in Japanese, I can't read it for the life of me. I've read about emailing in orders and such, but I've tried navigating around the site to little success. Can anyone help me(and maybe some others) out with a list of the item#s to use when ordering items? I appreciate any help! (and if this threads redundant and I simply missed it somewhere, a point in the right direction would work just as well )

Thanks for the direct links!
So if I'm reading this right...
#866 = Oath
#860= What? Looks like OoF, but its $40ish more, is that the full one with all the CDs, and #866 is just the game?
#884= Ys Origin
#874= Ys Complete

Oh also, in the goods section, are those all art books towards the bottom?

You just want to have the bigger, nicer box You should wait for a good special offer. The best ones are always given the last week of each year.

That big, beautiful box is well worth the price of admission. ^___^ Especially if you're any kind of Falcom music fanatic as well as a gamer...
I was unaware of those lists, so usually I just copied and pasted all the product info into my e-mail. Falcom understood just fine; I got my stuff without any trouble.

I've never ordered by item number, only by name of the item in english, and have had no problems so far. I used to do the same thing and never had a problem. Just as a precaution I do it now. And, I want to add, contrary to what anyone might have heard, they will respond to normal e-mails. Here is one I got from them when I sent a "thank you" for creating Oath in Felghana: Thank you for your E-mail. Sent impression like this is a good stimulus for us, we are encouraged at precious idea from many people. So, all staffs will work with all our might to make products which come up to your expectations. Please cheer Falcom in future. Well, we inform you of information about new works, your questions & etc. in home pages as soon as the details are decided. Anyhow, we are aiming for better home page. Please come to Falcom home page after now. Thank you. Falcom User Support Service
