Cannot contact Falcom to order

Greetings,

I've tried to order Ys Oath of Felghana & Ys Origin from Falcom via email. I originally got in touch with somebody, but they wouldn't accept Discover card. I got a different credit card to use, but now I get an automated response telling me to use an alternate email address ([e-mail]). I sent two emails to that address over the last couple weeks trying to order, but I never got a response. I emailed their user support, and got a similiar automated response telling me to use [e-mail]. I sent an email to that address asking for a response in regards to my order, and never got a response from that message either.

Is there anybody here that can offer up some help? I'd just order it from another source, but Oath of Felghana is either unavailable or alot more exensive from to order elsewhere, and I'd hate to place an order with another company only to have Falcom finally process my request afterwards.

Also considering the HUGE response they apparently got regarding that Ys Origin support CD... they're definitely a little backlogged.

That order_h19 e-mail ID is correct; just be patient and give them a bit of time to respond.

As luck would have it, today I got a response from Falcoms sales. I forgot to give them the expiration date of my CC, so looks like I'll be waiting even longer

In the mean time, what's with this support CD you guys mentioned? Is it just additional content, or was the initial release buggy? Should I expect that my YO copy will have this content, or should I ask Falcom to send me that CD as well with my order?

Well, I got my stuff a while ago. I would have come in to cheer about it sooner, but I've been in the middle of buliding a new PC to run my wonderful new games on
