HELP: Installing XP Falcom Games on Vista

Alright, has any of you managed to install any of the Falcom XP games on Vista? I have difficulty installing mine.

The official site did give instructions but I think it's just a bull of crap. After 10 times, I gave up. Especially when Vista no longer has the Application Data folder to save the save games.

However I could be wrong, so anyone?

Alright I managed to get things going on Vista.

So for anyone who encountered the same problem as me, go to this post to see my solution.
