This is a Japanese game where you say a word and the next person says a word that begins with what yours ended with, and so on.
Example: I say Cookie, you say everlast. Next person could say temper.
You can use any amount of the ending of their word as you'd like. You can use one letter or a syllable, it really doesn't matter how much...
And using a Japanese word is fine.

Redmont (I believe Edgar was Chester's name in the SNES version of Ys III. Almost sure about that, but not entirely sure. ) |

In the the SNES version, Chester's name wasn't altered.
I can't remember if it has ever been changed.
