So since there's apparently some hacking going on, I was wondering, any way to isolate the music Adlib files, and eventually the MT32 ones ?
/ignorant question

DOSBox actually allows to record the FM sound from the game as .RAW files (additionally to WAV) which is actual sound code instead of raw, emulated sound, and those can be read through, say, Winamp plugins or better yet, actual FM hardware (using a specific player). Guess that would lead you nowhere though... Perhaps such data can be extracted from the game in another way, but that's definitely beyond my knowledge.

Seeing how the Korean rip is recorded, I'd say it was definitely through some kind of data extraction. Tracks never fade out and always end straight at the end of a loop.
Archive was updated btw ~

I have an idea. Should I label what items to use where? It would make the map more like a FAQS sheet and be very useful. Attachments:

This is extremely impressive.
As for items, your labelling seems clear enough to me... there is only one room (the Zava room to the south-east of the shrine) other than the grail room that requires a specific item to unlock (Silver Pendant), all other locked doors in the shrine open with the one and same key.
Also, when you tackle the sewers, if you are planning to take snapshots of the resistance lair there, remember to do so before you drain the water, since a glitch prevents you from returning there later.

Control room key
The statues are teleporters that require the pendants (silver and gold) to be used (that is the road to the final segment of the game).

I believe I wrote up everything needed to get past Solomon Shrine right up to the the final boss. Even mini' maps indicating how to reach certain locations. Don't forget to include the hidden developers room in the canal. You must be really good at what you do to be mapping so quickly. This is seriously impressive. More people need to play this game!

Once you get your technique down you can speed things up and it becomes easier to map. Who knows, maybe the maps will inspire someone to translate it. translate pleas Attachments:
