IF you mean a redesigned Ys, yes (the one by DEMPA).
but other than that, no.

It'll be available for download as soon as I've updated the website (www.digitalsloth.net/Ys).

Thankfully, I do have a Windows 3.1 Laptop lying around. I'll try it out on that for it to work. Ok... now that scares me... <hides>

Yay! Luckily, I managed to get this game, BUT...where is the music? I heard a rumor that the music does not play in Window XP, BUT with a certain MS-DOS emulator the muscis can be played.
Is that true? If so, is anyone willing to give me a hand? ^^''

xD Sorry Seldane, I was lazy so I didn't want to read this topic AGAIN...
MP83, I believe I think I can help you out a little. You know, there is an application called "SETUP" (I think) and there you should do some stuff. I know that because I had the same problems you have now, so I did some stuff on the setup and "Yay!"......but I could do nothing about the game's music. =/

I've been playing this game lately and I'm not stuck anymore! I had to install the game on a computer running real DOS as it is impossible to get past the Ice Ridge of Noltia in DOSbox due to a slight incompatibility issue. Fantastic game, but a bit too hard!

Hardcore Gaming 101's Ys Article has this game up for download. However, I'm having trouble trying to start the damn download. Oh well. EDIT: Disregard that! It finally downloaded.

I just beat the first boss, got Lilia back to her mother, and delivered the iron ore. I just can't find out what to do. Any tips?

You could try searching for "hidden" places. Once I was just wandering around, then I accidentally crossed over a wall and suddenly I was in a very strange area with strong enemies! Note that the place where I found that passage wasn't suspect/ weird-looking at all! Anyway, that's just a tip.

I already did that. I even went back to where I fought the boss and I found a place there. I got iron ore and a flower...
