It's OK. I've lost a bid on ebay before. Usually when trying to get a copy of Snatcher for my Sega CD...

Yeah, I've lost plenty of stuff before, this one just agitated me for awhile, since I'm getting in the zone for Ys 5, since the remake is coming out so soon! Plus, it went for relatively cheap!

You should be damn happy you lost -- that's a bootleg!!
You don't want a bootleg, now do you?

Doh, how can you tell it's a bootleg, I mean I'm sure you probably have an original of that, but, for me, what's the differences I should know about? As for bootlegs, I have a few, & when there's an incredible difference in price or just the fact that I can't find an original, I've gotten what I think are bootlegs(usually I can tell by the name of the company that printed it), but I always prefer the real deal edit-DOH! I just re-read the description & noticed that it said it's made by Sonmay!

Well.... Sonmay Records? That's not correct. It's supposed to be King Record Co., Ltd. Boooootleg!

I've heard about this "Sonmay Records" several times. Someone should really alert Falcom.

They are everywhere, if one didn't know the difference, it could be very difficult to tell in some cases. In my years of collecting I have come across several of them. Here's a few bootleg "record labels" to watch out for: Alion Ever Anime SonMay In the case of the Ys V Image Album, they actually listed the correct King Records catalog #, but they also admitted it was a SonMay cd. It was deceptive if you ask me.

Don't forget Cartoon Passion. ALL their stuff is pirated. All of it. They even use their own label. Fools.

blah, i hate pirated stuff like this, when i first started collecting CDs about 5 years ago i bought a few without realizing it, my first copy of Dracula X Nocturne in the Moonlight was a Ever Anime, thankfully my Dracula Battle 2 i bought at the same time was official, if it was not i would have to kill. chris
