Been using them for over 5 years. Never had a problem with them. They're very reliable and secure, but I always use a credit card just to add another layer of security.

I only used it once to pay for a ps1 game I won off ebay... So... from that ONE experience?? good.  If you're concern about security... well, I suggest you start with your computer first... get spybot and adaware to get rid of those pesky spyware and an anti-virus... if all those program says you're free of spyware and virus then and only then you'd be safe doing credit card transaction. |

Paypal really is just a service. You don't actually pay anything to them.
Once you buy something off ebay (where you have the option of paying through paypal). They send you an email/invoice and you pay through their system.
I'm sure if you visit the paypal page you'll get some faq or something.
