Hey doods. I was thinking about modifying the board layout here. As you can see, it now consists of:

General discussion
Introductions
Falcom discussion

Ys 6
Ys Origin
Gaming
Anime/manga
Spam
I was thinking of merging some boards, and making it a cleaner layout, like this:
OPTION A
Board-related (support+news)
General discussion + sub-board = introductions
Falcom discussion
Trading
General Ys
Ys 1-2 combined
Ys3/YsF combined
Ys4 Mask/Dawn combined
Ys 5
Ys 6
Ys Origin
Gaming
Anime/manga (merge with general discussion?)

So what do you guys think? Is this a good idea? Do you want this to happen, or do you want it to stay the way it is? Or maybe you have your own idea. I'm all ears.

I don't mind how things look now but I put my vote for A anyway! I'm sort of against combining Ys I - V into a single discussion forum though since it seems cleaner just to leave them separate~!
Oh, don't forget to make a forum for Ys 7! :D!

The idea of uniting the Ys 1~5 boards is interesting, but I think it would be a bit too messy. I mean, if everyone votes for B, it's fine.  But I just think there are greater advantages by having each title separate. Actually I'm in for Option A, but with veeery slight changes: - The "introduction" board wouldn't be a subboard. - Anime/ Manga wouldn't merge with General Discussions, although it could. - I think I would find it better the "Spam/ Board Games" names instead of "Spam". Though that name is a bit big. But remeber not everything there is... spam.  We even have some minor spam out of there.) Then what should I vote: "Option A" or "I have another idea:"? And leaving it be isn't a problem. It's good enough. But I think it would be cool to give this board some new touch.  |

I think the board's fine the way it is, personally.  -Tom Agreed. The Ys 5 forum's description still needs updating though. Taito is working on a remake of this game; the release date is set to 3/30/2006. |

I think its fine as it is. moving stuff around is going to confuse me big time. Its like moving the corner store....and thats never a good thing.

I prefer option A. merging Ys I-V would make that sub forum cluttered. Ys I&II together isn't a problem, those games are sold together nowadays.
