I'm from Sweden and I've been a fan of y's since i first played it on my sms mastersystem. Only years later i discovered all the sequels..

Btw is there a complete list anywhere of all the of the different computer and console versions?

Hello. So we have the same story, eh? My first Ys game was also the Master system version. And I also live in Sweden.

Anyway, welcome to the place, and I hope you'll have fun. And like Jo said, there is a list of all Ys games here, however, it's a bit messy, but don't worry, I have just finished a html-based list with all the Ys games including release dates and other notes. It'll be uploaded shortly.

Also, may I ask, how did you find this place? And finally, do you collect Falcom / Ys games?

Welcome! My first Ys game was also on the master system - i got it for my Birthday when it came out and loved it. From there I went on to love the PC Engine versions more than anything else ever!

i ashamed to say that the only ones i tried so far is , except for the mastersystem, y's eternal 1 & 2 with the patches, and the translated Ys 2 for msx. I'm starting to get hold of the other versions too (thanx p2p).
found this while i was looking for some good y's websites in english... So i'm really a y's newbie except for 1 and 2.

So, you actually played the NES version that long ago? How did you get to play such an obscure game back then? Import store?
