But hey, at least the review is funny. Loved the part where they said the Romun Empire talks forever only to be rushed and defeated in one minute. But I still want to get the game when it comes here, just to say I finally own a Ys game in English that isn't in DOS.

xD Hahahah! A freakin' funny review! Though the reviewer seemed to be kinda like "I PLAYED EVERY RTS GAME IN THE WORLD!!" xD Could the game be so easy? I don't think so,...xD at least not at high difficulty levels or even in the "scenario mode" like the reviewer himself/herself said. Weeeeeeell, whatever...xD I'll still get it in english anyway.

You know what, the only RTS I've ever played, is Warcraft 2, & I loved it. That game sucked me in. If it's half the game WC2 was, that's fine. If it sucks, I'll still buy it, but, really, I won't know until I play it for myself.

Yeah, I agree. I have the Japanese version but only played it once. I just couldn't understand what the heck was going on. It will be much easier to judge once we get to play it in English. The closest I have come to playing a real time strategy title was Gemfire on SNES. I remember liking it somewhat, but it has been a long time. RTS is definitely not my favorite type of RPG.

RTS is definitely not my favorite type of RPG. RTS isn't a type of RPG, hence the name "RTS."

Sadly, I have been spoiled on RTS by Warcraft III. Which I loved dearly.
