I have Ys 1 and 2 for TurboDuo, Ys 3, Dragon Slayer and Ys 6. I also played a PC game a while ago, that played like a SRPG (monarch something)
but otherwise that's it. I would like you guys to give me the COMPLETE list of Falcom games that have been translated to English and releases officially. Of course to make this list better I would also like to see which ones were fan-translated.

There's also Popful Mail for Sega CD and Brandish for SNES.

Perhaps this thread should be in the Falcom section. Anyway, here is my list.
Officially translated games (I have specified in the list only the versions that have been officially translated. Many of these games have appeared on other systems too, but the versions not mentioned in the list have obviously not been officially translated):
Tombs and Treasure (NES) Ys I (Master System, MS DOS, Apple II) Legacy of the Wizard (NES) Sorcerian (MS DOS) Ys Book I & II (Turbo CD) Ys III (Turbo CD, SNES, Genesis) Faxanadu (NES) Brandish (SNES) Legend of Heroes (Turbo CD) Popful Mail (Sega CD) Ys VI (Playstation 2) Lord Monarch (Win9x) Vantage Master Online (Win9x) Ys Book 1 (Cell Phone)
Lord Monarch and Vantage Master Online can be downloaded for free. These games are in English, and therefore should be in the list, I guess. Could someone give more information about the release of these games? Were they sold in US, or how come these (now) free games are in English?
Unofficial translations:
Ys I (MSX, NES) Ys II (MSX, NES) Ys III (MSX, NES) Sorcerian (MSX) Legend of Heroes (MSX) Ys IV - MotS (SNES) Ys IV - DoY (Turbo CD) Ys Eternal (Win9x)
Please tell me if I have forgotten any game, or if I have, by mistake, written down a game that has not been translated.

Lord Monarch and Vantage Master Online ARE official translations (poor ones, but hey, it's free!), but they were never sold in the US; Falcom translated them for us and is offering them for free, just 'cause they're cool like that, I guess.

Done. What cell phone is required to play this game?

I don't think you should include games not avaliable on physical media, since they are never really restricted to a certain area. Anyone can download them.
As for the compitability, it should probably work on any Mophun compatible phone (Symbian OS phones, such as Nokia N-Gage/QD/66X0 for example).
The page isn't finished yet it seems, as it just says "Compatible phones" but no phone is listed there.

Is there a difference between covers on the games with the turbo-duo, cuz I bought the Ys I&II awhile ago, but it turned out to be the Japanese version, so it took me a little while to figure things out in the game. Some people just list their auctions, but never specify what language the game is in, and I'm not too familiar to know if there's a difference between the games in appearance (cd cover or case....) to tell the english from the Japanese version.

Yeah, I also found the page to be incomplete. Actually I don't even know if the game is yet available.

Well, the Japanese games came with spine-cards, and the games in US came with a cardboard box. But usually these things aren't included in the auctions, so perhaps that's of no help. Of course one can always look for Japanese writing on the cover. The two covers for Dragon Slayer- Legend of Heroes, for example, are almost identical exept for the Japanese text on the Japanese (obviously) cover. And then we have games like Ys III which has a completely different cover picture in the US compared to the Japanese version.

Wait a sec here... You're listing Dawn of Ys as one of the games that has been fan translated. I know there are walk-throughs with translations, but there isn't any sort of patch that I know of... I don't even know if that would be possible.
...If your considering a walk-through a translation, then you would have to add Ys V to your list as well.
On the other hand, if there is some kind of patch out there, I'd love to know about it.

They're not translated, but the early versions of Dragon Slayer and Xanadu were in english. Revival Xanadu added some Japanese, but only in the intro.

Yeah, I played Dragon Slayer a week ago, and noticed it was all in English. I didn't know about Xanadu, though. Nice to have the first two Dragon Slayer games in English. Perhaps I should add them to the list?

Does anyone know how to get the Ys Phone game, if you're not living in USA? ( Thanks I'm pretty sure that's impossible (sort of).
