 New here.... Seems that my introduction tread was posted in a wrong zone...in the first zone.. I came across this board in a websurf or websearch..An English page came out of thousands of Chinese webpages....So I clicked in and find great Ys fans like u~. As a Ys fan...I was just made to stay..Though I can't really manage English well...(I've always been considering China's English education system quite a failure...)Though my English stats were always first-class among schoolmates in middle school/ So i decidede to be here to be friends with you..~Looking forward to comparing ideas with u. Well..Happy to be here ...

When I first joined forums, I had a rather bad english. It has improved so much these last years by staying at many boards though. =]

Your English seems just fine to me. ^^; And like Red Hairdo said, message boards are probably a good way to improve~! If nothing else, it gives you an excuse to read and write it on a daily basis. Besides, I don't think anyone will be too upset if you make a few mistakes here and there. I make silly errors all the time, and it's supposed to be my first language. ^_~
Anyway, welcome to the forums. I hope you have fun here. ^^;

Some of us speak broken english better then standard english. Communication is essential. language perfection is not. too many people i work with i have to speak broken english with. so communication is much more important.

Well.I can't consider China going well recently..Earthquake.."Free-tibet".."Olympic politics"
High-speed economic improvement has brought a lot of intangible or invisible problems.And I think the country's moral education is to be improved.Many kids today(I'm 19 and I mean those who are under 15 or alike)has to much access to some bad things...And our traditional morals seems to be fading away...

Oh,...thanks for explaining...
So language is a strange phenomenon ...My friends in the US used to complain to me that Americans doesn't speak English,they speak something totally different..
Well....I believe I've seen l33t as a printed logo of the terrorists in the CS games...
right?..
in China..We have our own Internet slangs...
For example...3Q means thank you..(3 sounds like "san" in Chinese)
