Family Guy humour reminds me of when Krusty makes a joke and then tries to get a laugh by pointing out the obvious over and over again. Sometimes funny, usually just dumb. In other words, I like the Simpsons a whole lot more.  Yep! I notice that too |

Aight here it what i think, The Simpsons are a truly remarkable cartoon that has been on longer then most t.v. shows. Close to 15 years i believe that is incredible for a cartoon. Now if it wasn't for The Simpsons breaking the ice and starting this cartoon prime time craze i highly doubt family guy would be nearly as successful as it is today.
Now onto the topic of Family Guy. A truly funny and outrageous show, I find its more intellectually hilarious then The Simpsons and I enjoy the humor and animation much more.
So my Vote goes to Family Guy, however,
The Simpsons are truly the godfather of the prime time cartoon comedies.
