A 4-player co-op run of Doom II (I think it's tool-assisted). It was done with "-nomonsters" as it'd apparently be too much of a headache otherwise, but it's still quite impressive:

A TAS of Super Mario World with a completely unexpected ending was unveiled just a couple hours ago at this year's AGDQ (a speedrunning marathon). It's even console verified, surprisingly enough. If desired, more info is here.
