Hey, are you an artist? Like to draw? Post your art here! Most importantly, have fun!
I chose to open this thread with a few of my favorites, Batman and Robin, and Mega Man. Maybe we can get a bunch of Ys stuff put up here! I know I will put some Ys art in here as soon as I get more time.

Very Cool stuff, MP83, thanks for posting! What did you use to color those? I have loved to draw all my life, but I am just now starting to use the computer to color. Here are a few more pics:

Hell yeah man that's what I like to see! I was waiting for you to post. Incredible Vampire Hunter D, and of course I knew that was Red Monika, being a big fan of Battle Chasers. Yes I will post some Ys stuff next too. Keep it coming and let's keep this art room going. People, post your pics!
here is a few more i do not want to post the more...err...naked ones. as you can see most of the people who buy my pictures are men. I myself have problems drawing buildings at different angles to show perspective

Oh man I'm really getting inspired now. This is a great thread! About Misa, boy you nailed that one dead on, as well as all the others. I like the way your female figures have a very soft look. I hope you're not upset if I call her Lisa. I'm a fiend for Robotech (Macross, of course) and unfortunately I have never really tried to draw them. You see, I have a soft spot for Robotech as it is generally what started my love for Japanese pop-culture. I know the whole story of how it came to be, and why people hate Carl Macek, so I won't go into that. Robotech is what I grew up with, so I just naturally have more affection for it than the original Macross stuff. My all-time favorite "robotech" character is Dana Sterling. Next time I'm definitely putting up some Ys stuff.

Geez, I must stink if you guys put out that stuff. I always drew cartoony characters since I was a kid, and that's the only thing I'm any good at (although these days a lot of people seem to think it is anime-style, and they may be right since I started with drawing stuff like Starvengers, Transformers and Thundercats and stuff, but nevertheless it is decidedly unrefined).
gamemusicfreak, have you kept up with Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles? Harmony Gold is going around to conventions and stuff showing off what they have right now, and I went to the panel they had at Anime Expo last month and it was gosh darn beautiful-- even those little 3D squares that represented the Invid crafts launching from the carrier rough shot was beautiful (and of course the trademark missile screen).
Khyron the Backstabber was my favorite character, and I love his Officer Pod. I used to draw that a lot (although I lost all the pictures) and it was also my 'Mech of choice when I used to play Battletech.

Hey, yes, I'm definitely looking forward to the Shadow Chronicles stuff, I can't believe it is happening, actually. I don't think they will disappoint with this.
Some really nice stuff here. I've tended to stick to traditional portraits but I did do a little game-related art earlier this year for a friend's birthday. It's their World of Warcraft character:
To Make The End of Battle: Finally an Ys pic! Hehe, this picture reminds me from M.Bison of the Street Fighter series for some reason. Must be the pose.

Thanks guys, I got a real good laugh out of that one. Once again Zeomare, incredible work. I would love to see you do a Dana Sterling in the same style as the Lisa. She is my favorite Robotech character. I think Haruhiko Mikimoto would be proud of your work.

Now Playing Seiken Densetsu 3, huh? Great, that's one awesome game and soundtrack, I never finished that one, but I own the Super Famicom cart & soundtrack and you can even still get the OST from gamemusic.com. Enjoy! Seiken Densetsu 2 is a legendary classic too, aka Secret of Mana, maybe I will listen to that music today, it is pouring rain here and I think that music fits right for a day like today.
