Yes, wonderful work once again! I think this thread has been completely revived, and I was worried a few weeks ago it might have gotten scrapped. I will continue posting here too, I'm working on more Ys stuff myself right now.  |

^_^ Hehee. I wanted to draw Chester really badly, but for some reason the first random attempt wound up being a chibi.  I'll just say it's my personal revenge upon him for kicking poor Adol (me) into that stupid hole in Illburns... >_<!!! Since I'm obsessing with Felghana now, I'll probably try drawing some of the other principles there soon. And Adol, of course.  --Side note: When going to draw Chester, I shuffled through my screenshots of him and discovered he is in fact... left-handed. I always have to pay special mind to this kinda thing, because being a south paw myself, my natural inclination is to draw people holding weapons/items/whatever with their left. I just found that kinda cool. |

*dies laughing!* You win for the creative response of the day, Captain. You also win for even mentioning Legend of Mana in a positive light, for I have much love of the game. ^__^ Heh. Many, many people love Legend of Mana. We just don't speak of it often. I've played the game inside-out. Jumi for the win. In fact, I loved it so much I'm in an RP based on it. xD Funny how that works out, huh? As for your art... wow. Okay. You've got some serious talent there. Damn, girl. Point 1: That's still a spiffy picture of Elazul. I could do with one of those hats when I go to the ice cream socials, I tell you what.
Point 2: Chibi Chester fills me with a sort of warm glee normally reserved for a particularly delicious sundae or finding a dinosaur fossil.
Point 3: While I can respect the Jumi, I far too much enjoy the fact that Draconis makes the hero an offer s/he can't refuse. And there is the potential Seiken Densetsu III connection. (Not played all the way through that plotline, I fear.)
Point 4: We must connived to get our Luminuex (re?)addicted to The Ark of Napishtim. I want to see what sorts of fun she'd have with Ernst and Lloyd. Yes. Lloyd. Because he's awesome in a bun.
Point 5: I shouldn't point. It's impolite.

Heh. I should say that SD1, 2, and 3 are a complete trilogy. Legend of Mana is a totally independent storyline. Which is good, otherwise the lame that is Aura might escape. I want my Luna back, damnit!
It is nifty how they make some references, though.

I just find it wonderful how even Chibi-fied, Chester still manages to look completely badass. Teeny cocktail sword and all. ...Re-addicted.  I'm almost done with Napishtim, and the love is SO there. Especially for Ernst. Because he's pretty. Lloyd ain't bad either, but I like gossipy Largo better. =P Final note: ^_^ The Seiken Densetsu series was the first RPG to like, consume my soul. As in, it compelled me to draw fanart and write something resembling fanfiction and so forth. Way back when I was a wee thing, playing Secret of Mana/SD2. Gotta love it~! The new Seiken game looks pretty spiffy too.  ; Just thought I'd point that out. Also, thanks for the complimentary words, Vert. ^.^; I appreciate it. ParanoiaDragon- Just toss a PM my way if you guys feel like trying my designs out. I snuck over to lurk around the Frozen Utopia forums too. ^^; Heehee. |

Seriously though, it looks quite nice. Though his expression looks a little too badass for Adol to me. The boy always struck me as a quiet (oh, I laugh...) sort.

The Rush jet was always fun. And I agree with Seldane, that is a nice background. Lovely perspective.
Now, can you do one of the Rush Submarine? I loved that thing, even though it was seldom useful.
