Me god Lumi! That has to be one of your best stuff I've seen so far! I love love how you've painted the girl! More detailed stuffs like this please!  Also, random ideas for Spamus~! Erm.... Steampunky mechanics? X'D Or what about.... people who's clothes are inspired by food (and fruits~!). *told to stop thinking of eatable clothes and just go find something to eat* X'D |

Alright, so it's settled. I'm doing Crazy Sci-fi, Wild West, Modern, Victorian Gothic, and Arabian.
If anyone wants to volunteer a character of theirs (looking at you lumi) to get dressed up (or yourself if you've no shame(not a creeper I swear)) gimme a shout and tell me which genre you want. Preferably soon, before I get started. Just know that fanservice may ensue because I myself have no shame.

I somehow don't read poetry as much as I jump on prose but... I ended up reading Smithee's poetry first. I liked it! :'D I think with poetry and prose, since it's pure words, it leaves me more space to imagine, and I started relating it to the events around me. X'D I think I wasn't supposed to do that though, ne? :'''D Also~! Random spam because one finally made something with one's tablet! I don't normally post me OCs here, but.... since it would not have felt right drawing anything else as me very first thing on this new tablet.... *spams Lularums~!* (Lemme copy Lumi and Kimimi and attempt to stick this up like so since... it's big? And one doesn't want forum stretchings for THIS ugliness. X'D)  *horrid with a tablet!* Allo shakey lines! D: Drawing on the tablet is hard! I keep wanting to twist it around, like I would do with paper! Also. Hirm. ._.' This Bamboo's pen tip seems to be actually... wearing down a weeeee bit. o.o'''' This never happened to me on any other tablet (like Graphire!) I attempted to draw on? |

You should spend more moneys and get a super expensive Wacom tablet so you can make EVEN MORE PRETTY ARTWORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yakra's painterly stylings of epic awesome win. As usual. ^^ LOOOOVE it. And you should post more OCs here, Yakra. I do it all the time.  There's another thread somewheres for the fan art anyway, so don't feel guilty about OC 'spam'. Oh, and Spamus~ Feel free to borrow any character of mine you like and experiment on them. I draw a crapton of fantasy, so maybe throw one of those folks in Sci-Fi, Steampunk, or Wild West gear. |

I just like to try things out ^^~
I've bought a length of kimono fabric and a duck feather cushion pad - the plan is to make her a super-soft and snuggly cushion using a bit of the material to make a little fabric flower to go in one corner (I've got some nice faux pearl buttons for the centre of the real thing).

Well, you seem to do pretty good for someone just starting out on that stuff.  Sounds like that'll be lovely when it's finished. You'll have to snap another picture when it's done and show us! ^.^ Spring break is upon me, so I should finally have time to bust out a quick chibi tutorial for you as well. |
