Heh, I just hope that they include more than 3 skills/spells/swords in the next one! Adol was a jack of all trades in Ys V, whatever happened to that?!

I wonder if it'll be a continuation of the westward journey from VI. It would kick ass to see Adol in an Aztec/Maya setting, a la Mysterious Cities of Gold.

I kinda like the idea of Adol exploring "the new world." I mean, it would be the next logical step! And think of the great alternate versions of U.S. city names they could come up with. New Yark... Chicoggi... Pilladelta... Memphos... etc. -Tom I was thinking more along the lines of Teotihuacan, Chichen Itza, Tikal, or Tenochtitlan. Sigh. Fine, so long as he keeps going so far west that Ys 8 is in the Far East. Deal? To see Adol and Dogi pull off a Magellan would be quite awesome. And if the Ys devs have an analogue for Atlantis, who's to say they don't have one for Mu?

That would be pretty cool as well, indeed. Chichen Itza is where Tombs & Treasure took place, IIRC, so that would be a cool crossover. -Tom Indeed. And if you've ever seen illustrations of these cities at the height of their influence...well, let's just say that the ruins hardly do them justice.

Wow, I had no idea that Tombs & Treasure was a Falcom game. Guess it's time for some emulator action. I wonder if these games'll be like our parents' black and white movies?
