Help with taking snapshots from my PC

I just wanted to know how can I take a pic or snapshot from my own PC. I want to know how, because I would like to save "a moment" from an anime. I want to take a snapshot from a certain scene, then I would edit the picture and transform it the way I like.

I must know how to do this in order to make a certain signature. (Which I'm sure MP83 would like).

Press Print Screen and then paste in an image editing program (Paint, Photoshop, etc). This won't work with most video formats, so you'll have to use a program such as this: www.frame-shots.com/
