Western NY state just got hit last week with the biggest most damaging blizzard in the history of the state... 1/2 a million people without power for a week, and knocked over bout 30,000 trees.

same thing here. it never seems to stay a while. but I guess it's better to get a fresh new coat every few days in small heaps instead, since long lasting snow just starts to look nasty alongside all these city streets... grey and black mounds of crap. often makes me wish i lived away from the roads.

the cold isn't so bad... yet. must be the lack of wind. I rather like it like this.
