I own it, but I've been debating for weeks now on whether or not to sell it since I still like the book. However, I am trying to raise some money and it seems to be so rare now and expensive now if I were to sell it. It definitely is the most comprehensive and informative Resident Evil book to date. It even had a map of Raccoon City in it. The condition I have it in is still pretty new. I might consider selling it, but I guess it would depend on the offer.
