I know how Falcom has its roots in console and I respect that... Falcom's roots are PC, actually. They got other fools to deal with consoles for them which makes them one of the slickest developers ever. They're a very Japanese company though, not really giving a smack about the rest of the world so the move to the PSP is not surprising given how PSP games sell really well in Japan(not so much in the US.) I wonder how much longer Falcom can manage to operate like this. Or most JP game companies for that matter.

Well, I don't think they're hurting financially or anything. I see no reason why they couldn't weather this... I mean, they HAVE been around since 1981, after all. (: Well, I don't think a company being around for a long time is going to mean very much in these current economic times. :\ I guess as long as Falcom is smart about how they handle their finances internally and stuff, they should be okei~~ Maybe moving to the PSP was mostly a strategic move of sorts~! (One of those "in the best interest of the company" things.) I am not very knowledgable in these sort of things so I'm only guessing. :B
