You know, I've been thinking why Dalles and Fact have a translation of Duless and Fu.kt by Falcom.
Other than Falcom just being Falcom when it comes to English translations, would it be possible that they are a result of them possibly meant as Okinawan words? (Sort of far-fetched, I know. ^^)
The reason I'm pondering about this is that Tidus from Final Fantasy X, this name is read as Ti-da. (I've been doing some searching and trying to find if Tidus is an actual word from the Western world though or was it something just pulled from Square Enix's ass.)
With the da as a du in the translation, I figure that's what Falcom was sort of doing too. XD
Hooray for reading too much into things. :33333
