Hello all, I am new to these forums so I didnt want to ask a stupid question of the bat but, I was wondering is falcom.com available to view in english? I would like to just check out the site and see what its all about. I am a huge Ys fan. I play Ys for my first time in id say about 98' on my friends bro.s Turbo Duo System. Been hooked ever since although I just recently started playing again and realized there are so many more Ys titles!!! Off of Ys another title that was great for NES was Crystalis (or God Slayer in Japan). Wish they would make another one! Well neways HI to all and hope to meet some peeps....

Before MP83 points it out, Ys should be Ys. :3 And as far as I know, only certain sections of the official site are in English (http://www.google.ca/search?q=falcom.com+english&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a). But I believe those pages are never updated. ^^ If you don't mind wonky Engrish, you can try running the Falcom site through a Web translation site like Google Translate: translate.google.com/translate?prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.falcom.com&sl=ja&tl=en&history_state0=. HA! Zwei!! becomes TSUVAI! Well. If you use Babelfish you can sorta get it in Englitch. Babelfish remains one of the crappiest translation engines on the face of the Earth. Honestly though, as no one particular translation site is sufficient, I use several and patch things together to make sense of something.

Yeah, I generally recommend Nifty Global Gate - tool.nifty.com/globalgate/ - because for one it leaves kanji on for any checking you want to do via Rikaichan or whatever, and for another it generally seems to produce the best results - though on the occasions it's wrong, it is completely wrong, which can produce problems. Oh, and 日本語 > 英語 would be the option you wanted with that one.

Before MP83 points it out, Ys should be Ys. :3 Im sorry yes I know it is Ys....I just have a thing for using caps on everything. I am constantly doing it on everything big and small. Thanks for the extra info though. Is there a site that offers falcom games to order that is in english? Particularly for Snes, TG-16(DUO), or PC?

Just so you know any foreign language site can be translated into English. Just go to google.com, cut and paste the URL into the search bar, it will be the first option. After the url it will say translate this page. It's a literal translation, but it's better than nothing.
All of Falcoms PC games can be bought from their website. After you translate it, look for the shop option. For the console games, those shouldn't be too hard to find on Ebay.

Thanks for the information but I already have Ys III for Snes complete in mint cond! I also have Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys for TG complete/mint! and Ys: The Ark of Napishtim for PS2 complete/mint! Currently downloading for PC Ys Origin, Ys I & II Eternal, and Currently playing Ys: The Oath in Felghana! If I could find Ys: Books I & II Complete/Mint in english for TG that would be great! Most of them are $100 or more though.
