I just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I've been a lurker here for a good while and figured I should join already! This board has been invaluable to me, as it helped me install Ys OiF and Ys I & II on my PC with no problems. In turn, I have tried to create and upload many Ys-related videos to YouTube to help spread the word further on this great series.
Well, that's pretty much it for now! LOL

By the way, man, the Policenauts PS1 translation sure is taking long... it's been a few years by now.  Just checked the site today, not much is there. Hope they didn't give up after getting that far. |

Thank you very much for the warm welcomes! I've actually been a long time player of the Ys series (first experience was Ys III on the SNES when it first came out...then onto the Turbo stuff a little after that and then to the PC stuff only 2 years ago ) Wyrdwad: Thank you very much for the compliments on the Ys OiF Prologue video! It was nice to read it on the translated website but I just kinda wanted it in a nice little video form with some nice Ys music to accompany it I figured it also give other people out there not familiar with it a chance to read/see about what leads up to OiF. The more exposure, the better, right? Same reasoning that I really wanted to upload the other Ys videos that I have on there (the Falcom Classics videos, the Ys III PS2 version, etc.)... By the way, man, the Policenauts PS1 translation sure is taking long... it's been a few years by now. Just checked the site today, not much is there. Hope they didn't give up after getting that far. You speak the truth, my man! Then again, I've been playing Policenauts since it first came out in '96 so I'm used to it in Japanese. They had found a new programmer and are getting it done pretty smoothly so far. If they can get it out by August it'd be timed perfectly for me.... August '09 is the exact 10 year anniversary of my Policenauts/Snatcher site! |

I just noticed that you were the one who uploaded the youtube video of the Ys II FCII Animation opening sequence! Thanks for showing that. I had that saved in my YT playlist, but just now connected the dots to your handle here. : )
