www.paxsite.com/paxeast/index.phpThis isn't new news if you keep up with the convention or the comic, but next year, PAX will pop up in Boston from March 26 - 28! (Eww, I hope it's not snowing then!) I'm wondering if any of you d00des or d00dettes will be going? :D My boyfriend and I are thinking about it. :3

A couple of my friends and I have tossed around going to a PAX... I don't think we'd go all the way to the east coast one, though, being on the west. I AM trying to convince a friend of mine that we should totally hit up magfest next year, though. That's kinda east-coast-ish...!

I largely find Penny Arcade (the comic) to be unfunny, and sometimes even downright OFFENSIVE, so I've always avoided PAX just on principle alone, despite being invited to fly out there and stay with friends... and I don't foresee that being any different now that it's closer to where I live, UNLESS some former coworkers of mine who now live in Boston happen to go, in which case I might make the trip just to see them. I guess only time will tell! Bah, I said it before and I'll say it again! I generally do not care for the comic at all but it's about the panels and the exhibitors' hall and maybe even the people! I damn Seattle for having so much to see and do or else I would have gone to more of the panels. >:( There's always next time! In whichever city! Anyway, just go and hang out with friends, dammit! >:E |
