I've been a longtime fan of the folks over at OverClocked Remix, VGmix and the like, and I've always been in total support of... well, supporting! the independent artists there who produce music I thoroughly enjoy.
zircon's the guy from OCR who probably stands out the most to me - 3 albums and 3 EPs under his belt, and now a soundtrack for an Xbox360 shmup. :O I generally buy his stuff without any hesitation, and he never ceases to disappoint, but godDAMN this has to be his finest work yet. I share this not only because I'm a fan of his, but because a lot of the music seems to me like something that might be construed as Falcom-esque, at least in it's varied production and high energy awesomeness (and really pretty mellow stuff too, respectively!)
