lol avi Used to be a timer, so admittedly I've been out of this for a little while, but having tried a bunch of programs I stuck rigidly to Aegisub. www.aegisub.net/

Aegisub seems to do more what I was looking for, though maybe I just couldn't figure out how to do it in Subtitle Workshop. However, in the case of youtube hosting, it looks like it doesn't support .ass, but that seemed to be the only format aegis would export to. :/ Looking at the documentation I'd have to re-encode it in as another track, unless there is a converter that will keep the x/y axis positioning of the subtitles? I already deleted the relevant raws for this video. i174.photobucket.com/albums/w106/tancients/ZWEI2Emfelga_001_18.pngI don't think that looks too crowded or bad, I decided against subbing the notepad and treasure finder, so beyond this I think it would end up just being text. And other than animal chatter, It all seems stuff that could comfortable just be traditionally subbed. Maybe a matching font or something, but the purpose is there.

You can load the .ass file That is, by far, one of the worst extensions I have ever seen. :P
