If I remember correctly, Falcom really only started putting out PSP games because it's a very friendly/familiar platform to PC developers, and of course, it enables them to make more profit. Sales also tend to be higher for console games, as evidenced by... all of Falcom's PSP ports/remakes.
I personally support the cause. Then again, I have a PSP myself, so maybe I shouldn't count. :/

Aah, yeah, Vantage Master. An old forum I went to randomly linked to that one time. That's where I first learned about Adol, actually hahah.
Brandish.. I played one on SNES and it was WEIRD. Does the PSP one still have that mechanic where the camera rotates 90 degrees every time you turn?

Hehe, I already bought that.
I meant using the beloved wii-mote to slash and cast and jump and the like...
...I'd like to meet the person that can swing fast enough to keep up with adol on the screen. He can blow through a 6 hit combo in no time at all.

I was kidding, actually... If an Ys game came out for the Wii only, I'd seriously consider not playing it, then eventually cave in. It's the kind of game you just can't do motion control with. Zelda? Fine. Ys? Please no.

Eh, I liked having his spin attack available with the flick of a wrist. It lost it's effectiveness when they transitioned to 3D and the ability to use it quick made it usable again.

Hmm... actually, technically you also could use it quick in all those other 3D Zelda games: do a 360° with the Analogic Stick + Attack.
