Crushe and Mustafa should be in a separate choice because they are not the same character!
That said I voted for Crushe and not Tsundere Mustafa!

If I ever replay the game, I'll try paying more attention to her. :P Crushe and Mustafa should be in a separate choice because they are not the same character!That said I voted for Crushe and not Tsundere Mustafa! Oh hush. And they play the same, dammit. You know, Mustafa always reminds me of Mufasa from The Lion King. ^^;;;;;;

I dunno, maybe it's just me being drawn to play female characters, but I greatly preferred Crshe over Mustafa. The playstyle was certainly no different (at least I don't think it was? I didn't use Mustafa unless I had to, lawl), but... I guess the sudden aesthetic change made it more fun for me. She's my next favorite character behind Mishera, to be honest. Those two were pretty much permanent fixtures in my party.

Yupyup. Just something about playing as a pretty/cute character that I can't deny. I figure if you're playing a game staring at the same character(s) for the whole time, you should like what you see. I like cute things, so~

I couldn't bring myself to switch away from Adol a lot of the time because he's...well...Adol! ^_^ So I think I ended up just being boring and using him the most. When I swapped, though, it was usually to Mishera, who was a constant feature in my party whenever she could be. I really liked both her character design and her whole concept, and some of her skills were neat~ The missile characters were really useful for some of the bosses, too!

Those two were pretty much permanent fixtures in my party. It's funny since I really dislike playing cute/pretty characters. There's something about that whole Japanese concept of cuteness in anime that I find quite distasteful (Case in point: I love how anime Paranoia Agent makes deliberate mockery of this). Mishera, Aisah, Sigrune, and Crshe in Ys Seven are tolerable since they prove to be badass enough, but Adol is too much of a badass for me to not focus on him

Out of curiousity, does anyone like using Geis? Sort of an Adol/Geis fanboy here.

That's not really being the black sheep since I love playing as Dogi as well; he's my second favorite character next to Adol. I love his Caesar Rush skill; that skill does a load of damage. He starts out weak, but with blocking mastered, Dogi is probably the best damage dealer by the end of the game. Anyway, we should also discuss which characters we put for the main party. I put Adol, Dogi, and Geis in mine. Adol has good balance of power and speed. Geis is as well-rounded as Adol (I prefer well-rounded characters to specialized ones). Mishera and Aisha can deal great damage but they just can't take hits very well. Crshe/Mustafa starts out stronger than Dogi, but Dogi later gains better skills and he has shorter gap between each attack. On the sidenote, using these three mainly may have been the main reason why I did not find the final battles as hard as other people in this board did.

Really? Mishera's always had higher HP and defense than Aisha for me. :/

No one cares about stats! It's all about the character and the true passion you have for her!
Oh yeah, for some people it's him.

I dunno.. it's all about speed and the quick pace of the game. I like that Myshera is so powerful but the fact that she's so...slow kind of completely goes against why I enjoy playing this game to begin with.

Maybe I'll use her once I get her this time, then. I'm at the Cylos Mountains so it'll be pretty soon anyway
