Amusing rules(not regarding AlloY)

Ok, I had a signature containing the Ys Seven Logo and it was also mentioning Ys I&II Chronicles in Japanese , on a old MMO forum I used to play. Well, I get a pm saying my signature is violating the rule that I cannot post any online games. Well check the response.

I mean wow, since when did Ys become a MMO series.

My gosh, use wikipedia.

The real reason is because it has a English version which is recently shut down. So there is no English version now.

Response to the PM I made saying that Ys online was not developed by Falcom, and that KTP shut down the english EU version.

The reasoning of some people amuse me. So if Ys online did not exist I would have been allowed to have a sig with the Ys logo, HECK it was the logo for Ys Seven. .Oh I have one question to you guys, does having a artwork of a game in a sig or an avatar different than just mentioning it in a post? I dont, because mentioning a game series in a post is still advertising.

PS. The sig I have now is the sig I was using on that forum. Which does not advertise Ys Online just Ys.

I think some reason's called logic. That's just stupid though. I can understand the boards that have sig size rules though, seen as 10 year olds unleashed onto the internet always love to spam their signature with as many gigantic images as possible.

They fail at the internet. The only reasonable thing to do at this point would be go on an all night trolling bender, break every rule they have, cover the board in contraband images, then use hotspot shield to change your network address and continue to troll their shit for weeks on end until victory is yours.

Or you could do whatever, just saying.
