S&R is certainly a mystery in more ways than one. And hey, I never knew there were any reviews at all! Very cool. I agree with you on the game in a lot of ways, but man, that cave level pissed me off. It was as close as the game ever got to real 3D platforming, and it was actually a lot of fun! If they could have done that the whole game, traditional JF formula with tricky platforming, we might have had a winner on our hands.

I've always been curious about Pocket MuuMuu too, but no PocketStation here either. And it's probably gonna stay that way... despite my love for collecting PS1s and accessories, I've just never had the chance to grab one for a reasonable price.

Not a lot! But hopefully in the months to follow that language barrier will be breaking down more, because Japanese is a skill that I unfortunately need for work I want to get... I say unfortunately, because it is difficult and I am lazy.

But anyway, recommend away! The PS1 is most likely my favorite system ever at this point in time, and I'd be psyched to hear about stuff I more than likely haven't noticed, good or bad!
