So today's 'huge' Dengeki Maou announcement was... two new manga serialisations!
1. Ys vs Sora no Kiseki 4koma, illustarted by Arakubo Daisuke.
2. Zero no Kiseki Pre-Story, illustrated by Mitsutsuki Shinki (who is also doing the Sora no Kiseki manga)
Both will be serialised in Maou. The former began serialisation in this month's issue, while the Zero Pre-Story will begin in next month's.

Well, I like 4komas, so I'll definitely try to read the Ys vs. Sora one.
Though that gets me thinking... it would be pretty awesome if Falcom did something like 4-Koma Gag Battle (Golden Sun doujin 4koma). Not that it'll ever happen, though.

I'm interested in the Zero no Kiseki one, but something tells me it doesn't matter since I don't have access to Dengeki Maou and nobody will scan them anyway.

Nobody will scan them? Surely you jest!  They'll be scanned and uploaded somewhere within a week of release, I'm betting... and scanlated shortly thereafter! -Tom I don't think anybody translated the Sora no Kiseki manga beyond chapter 1, so I don't expect that for this.  Not that it really matters to me... I just want to read it. |

Well, I think it's great that you're translating it. I don't personally need the translation, but I did check out the first chapter and I thought you did a good job. As for the subscription to Dengeki Maou, that's great. I really hope you or someone here can scan them for us, as I'm not as optimistic as wyrdwad here about other people doing it.  |

Also- I just put in a request to start a subscription to Dengeki Maoh starting with this month's issue. I'll keep you updated on this. Perfect  You've got a scanner, right? Right?  I wouldn't be at all optimistic about anyone else doing it, the last time I did any manga scanlations it was for a supposedly popular series and the raws were both slow to come out and very bad quality. They seemed to get worse every week too, until I think they just stopped coming out. Also oh hi Kishgal. |
